Italian Sausage Terrine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line loaf pan with heavy foil, letting 3" hang over the sides. Place bacon slices crosswise across bottom and up sides, letting slices overhang pan. Pour in sausage mixture; fold bacon over top.

Lasagne

Lasagna is both a form of pasta in sheets (sometimes rippled, though seldom so in Italy) and also a dish, sometimes named lasagne al forno (meaning "oven-cooked lasagne") made with alternate layers of pasta, cheese, and often ragł (a meat sauce) or tomato sauce.

Pasta Salad

Pasta salad is a dish prepared with one or more types of pasta, usually chilled, and most often tossed in a vinegar, oil or mayonnaise-based dressing. It can be served as an appetizer or a main course.

Spaghetti Carbonara

Carbonara is a traditional Italian pasta recipe. Its name comes from carbone, which is Italian for coal, and many believe the dish derives its name because it was popular among charcoal makers.
